Is the first staff member included?

Yes. Every organization plan includes one staff member. Additional staff members are billed at the listed team rate.

Are any features restricted by plan?

No. Every organization receives the complete HomeInspection Flow feature set.

Can I choose monthly or annual billing?

Yes. The organization and all additional staff members use the same monthly or annual billing schedule. Founding customers can apply the Stripe promotion code for the introductory rate.

What happens as my team grows?

Add staff members to the organization for $9.99 per month or $90 per year each after the first staff member.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by contacting support. Access continues through the paid period; subscription fees are non-refundable and partial-period refunds are not provided except for duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges, or where required by law.

How does renewal work?

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HomeInspection Flow to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each monthly or annual billing period until the subscription is canceled.
